Armorize
Technologies provides the most advanced
static source code analysis solution for
identifying and remediating Web code
vulnerabilities, helping customers achieve
a security level unattainable by current
information security technologies.
Statically analyzing source code during Web
application development, our white box
technology ensures a security solution that
can be used throughout the software
development lifecycle (SDLC). In addition
to offering a precision that yields
negligible false alarms, our solution
boosts productivity as it amalgamates and
streamlines security policy design and
enforcement, software development, testing,
defect removal, risk assessment, compliance
verification, performance review and
security training, while at the same time
simplifying and reducing security setup,
execution and maintenance costs. The end
result is freed-up resources, shortened
time-to-market, increased security and
improved productivity leading to the
enhanced competitiveness of all enterprises
using Armorize Code Secure.
Armorize Founder and CEO, Wayne
Huang, has been invited to present his work
on static source code analysis at the
prestigious RSA 2007 conference. Titled
“Automated Web Application
Vulnerability Detection Using Static
Analysis”, the presentation will
cover the changing trend from large-scale
distributed attacks against networks to
small-scale finely crafted attacks that
leverage Web-application vulnerabilities to
target enterprise business logic and
retrieve organizational data. He will
provide a brief overview of current
vulnerability detection technologies,
discussing how they compare to automated
static analysis (ASA), and provide three
case studies to highlight how Web-code
vulnerabilities can be detected and
eliminated through the use of automated
static analysis tools. The talk will also
cover the various ASA development and
deployment strategies that facilitate
improved productivity and lead to
significant cost benefits.
In addition, the
Conference will be coinciding with the
launch of new enhanced capabilities of the
Armorize Code Secure Suite, including new
Java language support. Our executive team
will be on-hand to answer questions
regarding the new Security-as-a-Service
platform, which promises to change the way
you think about security, and perhaps even
the way you think about the World Wide Web.
Be sure to catch us at RSA 2007, February
5-9, Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA. The event details are:
Date: Wednesday, Febuary 7, 2007
Time: 10:40 AM - 11:50 AM
Venue: Gold Room 309, Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA
Track: Developing With Security
Session Code: DEV-203

Technologies
Armorize Technologies is a software
solutions provider focused on
Web-application security. Using
next-generation technology, Armorize
addresses a major market gap that promises
to have widespread applicability regarding
the increasingly unstable spheres of both
government and corporate information
security. The team at Armorize consists of
a number of highly skilled professionals
with an average of over 10 years experience
in the information security industry. The
engineering team is composed of some of the
best talent from Australia, Canada, France,
Germany, New Zealand, Taiwan, and the US.
Armorize CodeSecure™ uses patented software
verification technologies to identify
Web-code vulnerabilities early on in the
software development lifecycle, raising
security levels, increasing efficiency, and
lowering costs. The team won consecutive
awards at the prestigious 2003/4
International WWW conferences and attracted
top Valley investors.
Headquartered in Santa Clara, CA,
with its R&D center based in Taipei,
Taiwan, Armorize has begun successfully
marketing its premier source code analysis
solution, CodeSecure™, since early 2006.
Armorize CodeSecure™ promises to change the
way security issues are dealt with by
integrating security considerations into
the software development process through a
powerful, automated source code analysis
tool, and integrated secure development
environment. CodeSecure™ uses automated
static analysis technology to allow
developers and CIOs scan, detect, and
remediate web vulnerabilities from the
source code level. By securing Web
applications early on in the software
development lifecycle, CodeSecure™ brings
significant time and costs savings to
secure Web code development.
